1. HEALTH AND SAFETY
Your wellbeing is our priority. For the safety of both clients and staff, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with suspected fungal infections, open wounds, or any condition that may pose a health risk. We follow strict hygiene protocols and thoroughly sanitise and sterilise all tools. Our team wears gloves and appropriate PPE to ensure a safe and clean environment at all times. Please wash your hands at the sink provided and let us know if you would like a mask - we’re happy to provide one!2. APPOINTMENTS
Appointments may not always be necessary but it is recommended to book in advance during busier times. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled (subject to availability) if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. If you are unable to attend your booked appointment, please notify us by phone as soon as possible as someone else may really need it!3. SERVICE SATISFACTION
We want you to be happy with your nails! Please ensure you are pleased with the colour, design, shape, and overall result before leaving the salon. Refunds or corrections cannot be offered once you have left the premises.4. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Please keep your belongings close to you at all times as we are not responsible for lost items.

| Infills | Noticing a little regrowth? Visit us every 2-4 weeks, we’ll rebalance the structure in your nails and give you a brand new paint job. Please note that leaving it too long can result in breakages and we may have to start over with a new full set |
